• Complimentary alarm clocks, videos, and games are available.
• Please inquire about special rates for Monday-Thursday nights and extended stays.
• Gift certificates are available. (Hand-calligraphied)

• All rates are subject to Iowa sales tax.
• All rates are for 1 or 2 people per night. Extra occupants (with permission) are $10.00 each.
• A nonrefundable deposit of 1/2 the total charge is required to confirm a room reservation.
• In the event of an emergency cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited unless the room is re-rented for that evening. For cancellations less than one week prior, payment in full is expected unless the room is re-rented. If the room is re-rented, a gift certificate in the amount of the deposit, less $10.00, will be tendered for use at a later date. No penalties will apply to weather emergencies.
